How soon can I book my week?
It depends on our availability, but we typically book projects 3–4 weeks in advance. If you're still working on your content and want to secure a spot on the calendar, you can reserve your week ahead of time.
What do I need to have ready before we start?
You'll need your branding, website copy, and photos. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know exactly what we need and how to share it.
Can we use a template I already purchased?
Yes! If you’ve already bought a template you love, we’re happy to customize it for you.
What if I don’t already have branding?
Website in a Week is designed to build off an existing brand. If your branding still says “good enough for now,” (or you don’t have branding at all) our Signature Brand is a great add-on to get everything aligned before we get started on your Showit template customization.
Do you do SEO or copywriting?
We partner with an SEO expert to offer an SEO Starter Kit + implementation on your site ($800). Let us know if you'd like to add this onto your project! You can check out our copywriter recommendations here or use the content submission platform we set you up with to write your copy yourself.
Is it really possible to finish a website in just one week?
Yep, and we’ve done it over and over. The key is our super streamlined process (and years of practice). You’ll know exactly what we need ahead of time so we can hit the ground running when your week starts.
Will my site still feel unique if I’m using a template?
Absolutely. We’ll customize the entire template with your branding, images and content. You’ll end up with a site that feels totally you, without having to build it from scratch.
I’m not tech-savvy… will I be able to update my site later?
100%. You’ll get a walkthrough video showing you exactly how to make updates, swap out images, and add content moving forward. Showit is super user-friendly and we’ll make sure you feel confident using it.
What if I need more than 5 pages?
You can absolutely add more! Just let us know what you need and we’ll include extra pages as an add-on. Depending on how many more pages are needed, the project timeline may need to be extended.
What’s the difference between WIAW and a custom site?
Website in a Week is built using a template, which means a faster timeline and lower investment. A custom site is built from the ground up and gives us more flexibility with layout, structure, and complex features. Both are great, it just depends on where you’re at in business and what you need right now.
